Raku gas kiln, 52 litre.

Weight kiln with lid (without props and shelve): 14kg

Weight lid: 2kg

Isolationblanket: 3.8cm thick 1200 °C

If you fire this kiln with our 15kw burner, use a maximum bar pressure of 0.4 bar!
We always fire with propane gas and not with butane gas!

You can also do biscuit firing with this kiln!

After a lot of experimenting we have now a raku kiln:

    • which weighs only 14 kg
    • which is insulated with high quality human friendly "superwool" insulation blanket
    • which consumes 30% less gas by the use of our special kiln shelf
    • wherein you can fire a work of max. 30 x 30 x 30 cm height
    • with which you can firing for 18 times with 1 normal propane cylinder
    • with distance frame (art. 1232) you can fire a piece of work up to max. 60 cm in height

We fire up to 200 times with one kiln, before the isolation blanket is worn out.

Our kilns are made in clean recycled barrels we buy a trading vessels. Minor damage eg. the lacquer or a small dent sometimes happens, but it has no disadvantage on the durability of the kilns.  

This kiln can be shipped as a normal parcel and therefore the normal shipping costs of your country apply.
